Mears Transportation Group provides transportation to and from Orlando International Airport via shared-ride shuttles, luxury sedans, and Yellow-Cab taxis. Round-trip, single-passenger fares start at $28. Mears has provided a discount coupon for round-trip shuttle rides. Reservations for shuttles and sedans can be made online or by calling 800-759-5219. Taxis can be requested from the taxicab starter on the level one commercial vehicle lane.
Rental Car Discount
AVIS Rent a Car, our official rental car supplier, is offering a special conference discount to all our attendees. When you register, you will receive the Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) number so you can receive the special rates when you make your rental car arrangements. Reservations can be made by calling Avis directly at 1-800-331-1600 or by visiting the special Academic Chairpersons Avis reservation website.
