25th Annual Conference
Registration
The conference registration fee is $575 and includes a reception, three continental breakfasts, two luncheons, all refreshment breaks, program materials, and the conference proceedings on CD.
If you would like vegetarian lunches, please make your request on the registration form. Due to guarantees that must be given in advance, meal changes cannot be permitted at the conference.
Space is limited for all programs, so please register early!

Payment is required by the conference date, but it does not need to accompany your registration form. Before providing the registration form to your department's Business Office for processing, please fax a copy of your registration form to Conference Registration at 785-532-2422. Please provide the actual copy of the Agency Purchase Order (APO) as soon as it is available. K-State's Federal Employer ID number (FEIN) is 48-077175.
Refund/Cancellation Policies
Cancellation/Refund Policies
To receive a refund of conference fees, less a $50 processing fee, send a written request to Conference Registration by January 11, 2008. After this date, 50% of the registration fees will be refunded with written notification until January 28. No refund requests can be provided after January 28. All refunds will be processed after the conference dates.
Registrants who do not cancel their registration in writing through Conference Registration are responsible for the total conference registration fee even if they do not attend the conference and have not paid the registration fee.
Registration Substitutions
Paid registrations may be transferred to another representative at your institution when you notify Conference Registration in advance.
Special Assistance
A participant in a conference or non-credit program with a disability who needs accommodations or has special dietary requirements should indicate services needed at the time of registration. If you have further questions please contact the conference coordinator, Sharon Brookshire at 785-532-2566 or 1-800-622-2KSU (2578). Early notification is requested to ensure that accommodations can be provided in a timely manner.
