25th Annual Conference
Defining Departmental Leadership: Engaging Academic Communities for Success
The 25th-annual Academic Chairpersons Conference brought 301 attendees to the Sunshine State to share successful and innovative ideas and strategies. A total of 93 of the registrants were returning participants, marking the highest number of returnees in the last five years. The program featured keynote presentations by Mark D. Milliron, president and CEO of Catalyze Learning International; and Carol Schneider, president of the Association of American Colleges and Universities; along with over 50 workshop and paper presentations.
