Letter from the Director
I.O. Psychology
Resource Professional:
The world of organizations is changing!
Human resource professionals face an increasingly complex organizational environment, a diversification of the labor force, a move toward a global economy, and advances in technology that have a direct impact on jobs. How can one keep up?
To meet these competitive challenges, education must also change. “The future of education,” according to management philosopher Peter Druker, “is outside the traditional campus, outside the traditional classroom.”
This is most true at the graduate level. To maintain competitiveness, human resource professionals require accessible and relevant education.
The Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (MIOP) at Kansas State University meets the needs of working human resource professionals through on-campus and web-based classes. Under faculty guidance, students apply analytical skills and course concepts to company-related issues.
This program, developed with input from leaders in the human resource field, integrates psychological concepts to today's personnel dilemmas. Tomorrow's human resource leaders learn to create with innovative solutions.
If you would like that competitive edge, contact us regarding admittance into the MIOP program.
Sincerely,

Clive J.A. Fullagar, Ph.D.
