Research Interests: Organizational commitment, organizational development and change, turnover issues, occupational health, computer-mediated communication, and telecommuting.
Since his arrival at K-State in 1988, Dr. Fullagar has been responsible for teaching a wide variety of undergraduate and graduate courses in I/O psychology including the psychology of organizations, leadership, organizational development, human resource information systems, and the psychology of industrial relations. He has published widely in journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Occupational Psychology, and the Journal of Organizational Behavior, and is co-author of several books. He is also Director of the Labor Studies Program at Kansas State.

Dr. Knight has conducted research on the development of leadership expertise and influence, the development of efficacy in teams, commitment in dual-career couples, and numerous other topics. At K-State he has been involved in the development of I/O courses for undergraduate and graduate students, and has supervised the graduate research and internships of many students over the past 20 years. He has published widely and is co-author of Industrial/Organizational Psychology: Science and Practice.
