Refund Policy
Tuition and fees will be prorated on a per-credit-hour basis for refunds. Students will be assessed full tuition and fees for all completed courses. Students may receive 100% tuition and fees refund, less a non-refundable fee of $500, if the class is dropped prior to 17.36% of the class duration.
Additional refund information.
All refund calculations are based upon the beginning and ending date of the class, including weekends and holidays. All texts and class materials must be returned.
Drop Policy
Students may drop a course through the iSIS Student Center at http://isis.k-state.edu.
All drop calculations are based upon the beginning and ending date of the course, including weekends and holidays.
Withdrawal Policy
Students may withdraw from the Program/University by completing a Notice of Withdrawal form through the College of Arts & Sciences Dean's office (785-532-6900). If the student is currently enrolled in courses for the semester, the drop and refund policies above will apply.
