Kansas State University’s Food Science Institute has been a leader in offering online education in the field of food science since 1986. K-State offers online undergraduate, graduate, and certificate programs.
The internationally recognized faculty from five colleges and 13 departments focus on the latest research and development in food chemistry, food microbiology, food safety, cereal science, dairy science, meat science, food service, sensory analysis, food engineering, human nutrition, veterinary medicine, and product development.
