K-State Arabic Language Course Being Offered at Fort Riley

Kansas State University is offering an Arabic language course at Fort Riley during the second half of the spring 2008 semester.

Arabic 1 meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 6-9 p.m. March 24-May 17 at the main post. – Full Story

University Continuing Education Association to Honor Two K-State Faculty Members at Annual Conference

Two Kansas State University faculty members are receiving national awards from the University Continuing Education Association.

Virginia Moxley, professor and dean and of K-State's College of Human Ecology, will receive the 2008 Faculty Service Award, while Ann Murray, associate professor of family studies and human services, will receive the 2008 Excellence in Teaching Award. The awards will be presented at the University Continuing Education Association's 93rd annual conference, March 26-29, in New Orleans, La. – Full Story

K-State Distance Education Enrolling for Summer, Preparing for Fall 2008

Kansas State University distance education enrollment for both the summer and fall 2008 semesters begins March 24.

Distance education enrollment procedures for summer 2008 will remain the same as previous semesters, but new procedures for the fall semester will be implemented. The new enrollment process for fall will bring enhanced features to the K-State experience. Distance education students who wish to enroll for both summer and fall 2008 classes will need to enroll for each semester separately. – Full Story
