Enrollment Open for Online Stress Management Courses Offered by K-State

Kansas State University will offer two online courses in stress management for the upcoming fall semester.

Stress Management, EDCEP 502, class No. 16208, is offered for three undergraduate credit hours and is open to students of all majors.

Stress Management for Teachers, Counselors and Administrators, EDCEP 802, class No. 16259, is offered for three graduate credit hours and is open to students taking classes at the graduate level.

Both courses will provide an understanding of the causes and effects of stress on a person's life. Students are introduced to methods for reducing stress and enhancing healthy behaviors at work, home and in personal space. Students will be introduced to biofeedback training for learning stress reduction and will learn to design stress management strategies for use in professional settings.

The online course delivery allows students and working professionals to take the class at times that work best with their schedules and lifestyles.
